The Polyform invention is a further development of the polystyrene block and precast concrete rib construction.  The precast rib is replaced by polystyrene which provides a complete polystyrene ceiling which prevents the formation of cracks in the finishes at the joints. The inherent strength of the polystyrene blocks enables them to support the constructional loads between lines of temporary supports spaced at appropriate centres depending on the thickness and density of the blocks.
